Bulk Mail (aka Business Mail; Standard Mail) can be a confusing nightmare to do yourself!  The US Post Office requires that you have a minimum of 200 like pieces of mail to qualify for a Bulk Mail reduced rate.  To maximize your savings, you need to BAR CODE your mail.  While you might find the USPS permitting fees within your budget, do you have the programming to BAR CODE???  Such postal compliant programming costs over $2500 per year….In addition, current regulations are quite strict concerning the ratio between size, weight and dimensions of your mail. And finally, you can no longer just drop your Bulk Mail at your local post office.  All Bulk Mail must be delivered to the closest Business Mail Unit….do you know where yours is?
